Scheduling Policy

It is our office policy to collect payment at the time of scheduling your visit, unless you are on a prepaid care plan. This ensures that appointment times are reserved for patients who are committed to showing up, allowing us to better serve everyone seeking care.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, patients must notify our office at least 48 hours in advance. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by Friday at 12:00 p.m. Appointment fees range from $60 to $375, depending on the type of visit. If proper notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge the card on file or retain any prepayment made for the appointment. Rescheduling is up to the discretion of office management.

Refund policy

All testing and supplements are final sale and non-refundable.

Services already rendered are non-refundable. Appointments canceled without proper notice are also non-refundable, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Prepaid plans are subject to specific terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.
